You’re invited to the 4th Annual Ward 7 Back to School Backpack and School Supplies Giveaway, hosted by the D.C. State Board of Education and community partners! Join us on Saturday, August 17th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 3925 Minnesota Avenue NE, DC, 20019.
This exciting event is all about setting our youth up for success. They’ll have 500 backpacks stuffed with school supplies, free food, fun activities, and uniform vouchers.
The event will be held at the parking lot of the East River Family Strengthening Collaborative at 3925 Minnesota Avenue NE, DC, 20019, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Registration is required to receive a backpack. Families are encouraged to have their children present at the event to receive a backpack. Register here: Event Registration.
