Small Business Membership Application

This membership is designed for active and independent-owned businesses, non-profit organizations, and other entities with fewer than 50 employees that are established within the Deanwood Citizens Association (DCA) boundaries. It provides a unique opportunity for these organizations to engage with the community, influence local initiatives, and collaborate on projects that benefit the Deanwood area.

Membership Details

  • Membership Dues: $250

  • Membership Term:

    • Begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th the following year. Membership is valid for the current fiscal year.

  • Voting Rights:

    • Entitled to ONE vote in DCA elections.

  • Committee Participation:

    • Employees can actively engage in any DCA organization committee of their choice.

  • Additional Benefits:

    • Eligible to have licenses (new and renewals), community benefits agreements, planned unit development agreements, and other agreements reviewed and processed in an expedited manner.

    • Listed on our Partnerships page.

    • Be advertised on our social media channels, and website (limited slots).

    • Discounted rate to participate in DCA’s annual Deanwood Day.
